Sofia Richie and Scott Disick have officially split! There have been rumors that the couple was heading for a breakup, but nothing was confirmed until now.

Although the pair has been together for about three years, Scott’s recent stints in rehab may have put a strong damper on their love. We also all know that Kourtney Kardashian still plays a major role in Scott’s life, not only as the mother of his kids but also as a friend, so we might be seeing a familiar couple back together soon…
