New Charges Against Erika Jayne Point to Felony Crime

Since November of 2020, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has had a plethora of issues to deal with in her life. 

When Erika set out to file for divorce from her husband Tom Girardi, a series of legal issues got in the way, as he was sued for embezzling money from his clients and ultimately had to file for bankruptcy. Erika had become a target for them to be able to recover their lost funds, resulting in the divorce being put on pause.

Erika is now being accused of committing a felony crime with the money she received from her husband.
