Miley Cyrus, New Boyfriend Get Tattoos Together

So just a few months after splitting with Liam Hemsworth (and directly after that, Kaitlynn Carter), Miley Cyrus is already getting pretty official with her newest boy toy, long time friend Cody Simpson. The two have been dating for just about two weeks (as far as we know) and they’re already getting permanent — permanent tattoos, that is!
