On July 11, a 24-year-old man named Lauie Tagaloa was fatally stabbed at the food court of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley Metro station. In the wake of the event, a RIP LT video gained popularity on social media.
People are leaving sincere comments on Twitter and Reddit in response to the viral video of Laurie Michael Tagaloa (LT) being stabbed.
At Brisbane’s Valley Metro Complex on Monday, a fight started that resulted in LT, aka Lauie Tagaloa, being stabbed in the neck by a knife holder.
Shortly after the stabbing, the rapper bled to death on the ground and passed away instantly.
In the course of Tuesday’s investigation and suspect capture, a graphic video of the stabbing was shared on Twitter.
The knife apparently slashed a vein that was either supplying blood to his brain or something similar, according to the footage. Before the paramedics got there, he was declared dead.
Within seconds of starting to bleed, Laurie passed away and collapsed to the ground in a pool of his own blood. The victim was cut severely, and several witnesses tried to save him by giving him first aid; nonetheless, the young rapper passed away immediately.
After Tagaloa passed away, a woman and his close family members paid him tribute, referring to him as “my brother, my closest friend, my security guard, and one of my favourite people.”
