Khachanov has four ATP Tour singles titles, including the 2018 Paris Masters Masters 1000 title.

On 15 July 2019, he reached his career-high singles ranking of world No. 8 after reaching the quarterfinals of the 2019 French Open.

At the age of 23, he embarked on a tour.

Karen has spent the last few weeks in Moscow with his family, staying isolated and working on his physical strength like all the other players following a coronavirus outbreak that has put the tennis season on hold until at least July.
